The product of a semester long investigation into the ecosystem of Croswell, Michigan, Croswell Connect seeks to serve as a community center for the town. Built on an adaptive reuse framework immersed in technology, the proposal renovates the vacant Croswell Hotel into communal style living and proposes an addition, housing more units and a learning-driven tech lab. The building is situated with an understanding of urban movement and the nearby river, seeking to funnel people through the buildings and courtyard in a sequence of experiences.
